Perham-Dent Public Schools will host a community Information Session on Monday, October 19, at 6 p.m. in the Perham High School Studio to share information about the district’s proposed operating levy referendum, which will appear on this year’s ballot. The proposed operating levy would generate approximately $745,965 in additional annual revenue for the district over the next 10 years.
During the session, district leaders will explain the purpose of the proposed levy, outline how the funding would be used, discuss the estimated impact on taxpayers, and answer questions from community members.
The event is open to all residents interested in learning more about the referendum and its potential impact on the district before Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 3. For more information, visit 549United.org.
