At the direction of the Minnesota Department of Health and The Centers for Disease Control, we are encouraging everyone to take precautions to prevent the spread of respiratory illnesses in our community.
We do not have any confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our school community at this time. The situation is ever changing and we are in close contact with local public health.
Here are some things we can do and encourage our children to do:
- Good handwashing.
- Cover your cough.
- Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Stay home when ill, including if fever over 100.0 F or unable to participate in routine school activities.
- Social distancing of 6 feet for prolonged periods of time, as possible.
- Good nutrition and adequate rest.
